A clean, minimalistic design allows for the maple grain to come to the forefront in this gently tapered bookcase that winks at midcentury aesthetics but adheres to timeless carpentry principles. These were custom build to double as nightstands although you could just as easily group multiple pieces together along a wall for a more dramatic effect.
